MS. SHWETA TEWARI
MANAGING PARTNER
She is the Founder and the Managing Partner of the firm, which was established in 2019 and is currently operating from the Dubai office of the firm.
She has worked at several law firms such as JurisCorp, ANM Global and ALMT Legal; having started her career at Desai Desai Carrimjee and Mulla.
Her main areas of practice include (India and UAE): Corporate and Commercial laws, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Regulatory Compliance, F&B, Information and Technology, Intellectual Property Rights, Estate Planning, Cross Border structures, Family Laws and Real Estate.
Mr. SHEHZAD RASIWALA
SPECIAL COUNSEL (DUBAI)
He is the Special Counsel at the Dubai office of the firm. He initially practiced as a Counsel in India, appearing in all higher and lower courts as well as in arbitration tribunals for matters pertaining to commercial, property, constitutional, civil and criminal law. In the year 2016, he began his practice in Dubai, wherein his main areas of expertise include arbitration proceedings (under DIAC rules) and rent control matters.
MR. LAKSH KHANNA
SPECIAL COUNSEL (DELHI)
He is the Special Counsel for the firm in Delhi where the firm exclusively engages with him for all dispute resolution matters in Delhi/NCR. He began his professional journey with Drafting & Legal Research at Thomas Reuters, Delhi and thereafter joined Karanjawala & Co as a criminal litigator. His main areas of practice include economic offices, white collar crimes and other criminal offences. He has over the years worked with industry leaders from various sectors such as pharmaceuticals companies, real estate firms, homebuyer associations, media houses, banking companies and more.
MS. NIDHI BOHRA
ASSOCIATE PARTNER
She is the Associate Partner at the Mumbai office of the firm. Her main areas of practice include Corporate & Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, F&B, Family Laws and Real Estate. She is involved in drafting and vetting of legal documents, conducting research and due diligence, registration of trademarks, incorporation of companies in both India and UAE.
